How do I book an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?

Yes—book online for your preferred time or call us directly. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but appointments get priority. We’re at 24230 Kuykendahl Rd, Tomball, Texas.

How often should I come in for a refill or maintenance?

Most guests return every 2–3 weeks. If you work with your hands a lot or prefer extra length, we may suggest slightly sooner visits. Your tech will recommend a cadence that keeps your set light, balanced, and beautiful.

What are your hygiene and safety standards?

We disinfect all metal tools, use fresh files/buffers where appropriate, sanitize stations between guests, and follow clean basin/liner protocols for pedicures. Our goal: services that are as clean and safe as they are gorgeous.

Can I get a price estimate for my service?

Absolutely. Prices vary by length, shape, product system (Acrylic, Builder Gel, Gel-X), and design level (French, ombré, chrome, art). Tell us your goal and we’ll provide a clear quote before we start, with upgrade options if you’d like.

What is your cancellation or redo policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another guest. If something isn’t perfect, contact us within 48 hours—we’ll assess and make it right where applicable.
